PRINCIPALS' PERCEPTIONS: TEACHING EFFECTIVENESS OF B.ED GRADUATES OF FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL SYSTEMS

There are two recognized systems of the education. One is called formal system where face to teaching- learning process arranged in classroom under prescribed scheme studies for time. Other known as non-formal system, which delivered outside framework educational institutions. Both provide not only academic but professional programmes also, such PTC, CT, B.Ed and M.Ed etc. This study designed compare pedagogical expertise graduates who have received degree from these systems. Further, results this may motivate heads schools arrange teacher training workshops those teachers less command on teaching competencies. used Survey Research Methodology. Sample included 20 purposively selected. Data were collected through questionnaire that consisted 12 questions schools. After analysis, data revealed conventional education pedagogically more capable comparison with However, both equally fair impartial giving rewards their students.
